Day One

Hey guys, my name is Liz. I have created this blog as a way to keep track of my diet and any progress I have made. I am currently:                                                        Height: 5'3                                                        Weight: 147lbs or 66.67kg I would much rather be at 120lbs or 54.43kg. My posts are going to consist of the plan that I had for today (food and exercise) along with what actually occurred. They will also consist of any possible diets or exercises I wish to try and photos for my motivation. For right now, I have set myself a max caloric intake of 1,000 and I need to spend at least 5 hours doing some sort of activity. The activities can include: sports, cleaning, walking around, or being at work (since I am on my feet the entire time). I need to lose at least 10lbs before August 16th, today is July 7th.  Food and Drinks Planned: Breakfast: Yogurt and Water Lunch: Yogurt and Water Dinner: Water, One soda permitt
